2. Booking request and contract formation (distance)

Our website is used to submit a rental booking request. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee that the rental is confirmed.

When a distance consumer contract is concluded, we provide pre-contract and contract information that forms an integral part of the contract, including identification details of the e-commerce subject, in an accessible manner. This obligation is provided in accordance with: Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII, Стаття 7 and Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX, Статті 13, 17.

The final rental terms (such as vehicle class/availability, dates, price and any included services) are presented in the relevant step(s) of the booking flow and/or in the confirmation sent to you after your request is processed.

3. Eligibility

To request and/or use the rental, you must meet the requirements communicated in the booking flow (including having a valid driving license and meeting age/driver requirements where applicable). You must provide accurate information.

We may refuse to confirm a request if the provided information is inaccurate, incomplete, or does not meet rental requirements.

4. Communications

We communicate with you via the channels indicated in the booking flow (for example, email and/or phone). Please ensure your contact details are correct so that we can send confirmation, changes, or essential information about the rental.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shardloomlab.com and its representatives are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost profit) arising from disruptions not caused by us, including network interruptions or failures outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory applicable Ukrainian law.

6. Personal data processing

We process personal data collected through the website only on a lawful basis. Where consent is required (including for data captured via the website), consent mechanisms are handled in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian law.

Personal data processing obligations are governed by: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI.
